The Talent Cup 600 is a new motorsports initiative by the Dutch importers for Kawasaki, Suzuki, Honda and Yamaha. They have created this brand new racing category to create a platform for young riders in the age group of 15-21 years, and provide an opportunity to move up to higher or even international categories of road racing.
This project is truly unique in The Netherlands.

Motorbikes
The riders will be racing with Supersport bikes by Kawasaki (ZX-6R), Suzuki (GSX-R600), Honda (CBR600RR) and Yamaha (R6). These bikes will be equipped with race fairings, Akrapovic exhausts and Pirelli tyres.

Rules
The motorbikes in the Talent Cup will be very similar to the standard bikes. There is a one tyre rule and all fairings will be made by one manufacturer. To keep things safe and fair, special kits, suspension and race brake pads will not be allowed in the Talent Cup 600. Inspections will be carried out by the KNMV and CRT. Also, the bikes will be tested on dyno test rigs by the distributiors of Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Honda. Talent Cup 600 riders are aged between 15 and 23 years.
